News: Motorcyclist dies after running red light, crashing in north Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ – A man was killed Saturday after his motorcycle crashed into a passenger vehicle near I-17.

According to CBS 5, the was reported at about midnight when the motorcyclist drove through the red light at the Bell Road overpass.

The motorcycle collided with a vehicle at the intersection, killing the unidentified male rider.

The other driver involved did not sustain any notable injuries as a result of the crash. They remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
