News: Pedestrian struck, killed in north Phoenix
PHOENIX, AZ – A woman was fatally struck by a vehicle while attempting to walk across a north Phoenix street early Wednesday morning.
According to a report by CBS 5, the woman was attempting to cross mid-block when she was hit around 4 a.m. in the area of 21st Avenue and Camelback Road.
The 36-year-old woman, whose identity is unavailable at this time, was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is unclear if the driver involved will face any charges at this time.
